It's a long ways back to where I've been...

1st time back in the gym in....hmm....let's say....wow...let's just go with way too long.

4.1 km in 40 mins......ugh!

However I am feeling strangely...great!

I believe they say it takes 3 weeks to make something a habit. Wish me lots of habit forming behaviour!
